Growing up in Tobago the standard dish for breakfast was Coconut Bake n Salt-fish
If you can't see the pieces of coconut in the bake don't insult us Tobagonians and call it coconut bake,
call it bread with coconut milk
Also you need the long-time salt-fish with the bone in it. The experience of removing the bone after pouring hot water is part of the process that adds to the authenticity of this dish
I don't expect much persons to have access to a dirt oven, so I'll forgive you for that one
